  There are 4 pawn shops in Crestview, so I figured I would call around before wasting my gas. Right away, I got the feeling that this guy did not want to be bothered and he came off very rude for the few seconds I conversed with him. I just hung up the phone and crossed that one off the list. When dealing with the public you need to be friendly or you will chase away business.

  FANTASTIC Gun Work..As a Regular Customer They will even do Minor work on My Guns for FREE.... I don't have the Tools or Tooling! They also Coat Guns in Anyone's Choice of Finish, Wood Also! Refreshingly HONEST! They even Advise on where to get items cheaper, even if it is another Gun Shop in the area. They do not have alot of Inventory BUT they let me look thru their Distributor Catalogs , SEE their Actual Prices and give me a Usually Low Price, Delivered and Out The Door=which Includes all Taxes and Background Check. Extremely Friendly and LOW PRESSURE Sales.... In Fact the Manager says he is a Horrible Sales Person Business-wise. LOL I recommend anyone that wants a Firearm to check them out!!! Aaaaaand they have a $30 Flat Fee Firearm Transfer Fee. Not Bad Cant SAY enough Positive things about them, They have been so Good to Me and My Friends!!!!! P.S. I talked to the Manager about a Complaint of Odor.., He Told Me they were Rehabilitating an Iraqi Bomb Detection K-9 which took 4 Months and has since been Transferred to the Okaloosa Sheriff's Dept. No Odors I could tell off, guess they Cleaned it up!

  Friendly staff that where very willing to help me look at items, even talked to me for about 10 minutes about firearms. I'll be returging to purchase a couple small rifle parts soon. Prices are very fair IMO.

  Smelly dump. Took my breath. No inventory, just as well. Place REALLY STINKS. Did I mention the ODOR?
