- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I took my tax records in already totaled for each property itemized Income from each source Expenses out from each source W2s together. April ! week prior to April 15 th May 22 I get a call asking me for the very same info I spent 24 hrs all night without sleep compiling. Electric bills each month and totaled from .The two homes we rent out. Phone bills Water bills Cable bills , All neatly tallied staples to the front of each large envelope this call told me They HAD NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO LOOK AT MY TAXES IN SIX WEEKS . after telling me it takes about a week to 2 weeks to do If they had looked they would have saw everything stapled on front of each envelope.
